CCNA Voice Certification
The Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA® Voice) validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice networkThe Cisco® CCNA Voice certification confirms that the required skill set for specialized job roles in voice technologies such as voice technologies administrator, voice engineer, and voice manager. It validates skills in VoIP technologies such as IP PBX, IP telephony, handset, call control, and voicemail solutions.
The CCNA Voice Certification enterprise option assesses skills/knowledge related to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0 (CUCM) 6.0. It is typically employed by large organizations such as governments, large companies, and colleges. The CVOICE #642-436 exam will be required for this option.
The CCNA Voice Certification commercial option assesses skills/knowledge related to the Cisco CallManager Express (CME) and Cisco Unity Express (CUE) solutions typically used by medium & small organizations such as companies with less than 2,000 employees, retail businesses, and small school districts. The IIUC exam #640-460 will be required for this option.
CCNA Voice Prerequisites
Valid CCNA or any CCIE Certification can act as a pre-requisite.
Important information regarding CCNA Voice
On June 24th, 2009, Learning@Cisco announced program changes to the CCNA Voice certification. There will now be two options available for candidates wishing to achieve their CCNA Voice certification: A commercial option and an enterprise option.
Required Exam(s)
640-460 IIUC – Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications (IIUC)
OR
642-436 CVOICE 6.0 – Cisco Voice Over IP (CVOICE)
CCNA Voice Recertification
CCNA Voice certifications are valid for three years. To recertify, pass a CCNA Concentration exam (wireless, security, voice), or pass any 642 – XXX professional level or Cisco Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a current CCIE or CCDE written exam.

can we start a new forum for new voice
i have brougt the TK for this exam and its IS perfectly the exam 60 Q only way to do it i have been doing voice for 7 years lack of study stuff is annoying only way to pass exam is to know and dump for now wish cisco would release study stuff normally never use dumps but in this case i have no option can we start some GB cos 100 for a a dump is crazy $$$ same for CCP voice too $$$ need to work as a group can i just start a GB or how dose it work

CVOICE v6.0 (642-436) and IIUC (640-460) are not valid now (from 28th Feb 2011).

I put this one in the rear view last week 1000/1000. All questions came from voice tut. You only have a 2/28 to take the 54-436 and then the new exam comes out. I promise the new one is going to be harder than this one.

I think CISCO is changing again the certifications, from 02/28/11 the only choice for CCNA Voice will be pass the 640-461 ICOMM v8.0 exam, which is different i suppose from 640-460 IIUC or 642-436 CVOICE 6.0 exames.
And…really if I have a valid CCNA cert and I gain my CCVP 642-437 I automaticaly gain the CCNA Voice? And this is valid for all other certifications?

No, you don't need to take 640-460.
You'll automatically earn 640-460 when you pass 642-436.

NO, you don't need 642-460 exam to become CCNA-Voice after passing 642-436.
CVOICE exam will automatically earn you CCNA-Voice.

you can skip ccna-voice and go directly to ccvp if your ccna is not expired.
By taking 642-436 test you'll automatically get the ccna-voice certificate.
