- Important Information regarding Testinside setup !!!

If you install the Testinside setup on Windows Vista or 7 then you’d face a problem.
It has been noticed that an older or some other version pops out even after the installation of new version in windows vista and 7. This problem doesn’t appear in windows XP.

The solution is to run the installed exe file as Administrator.

Right click the testinside exe file or shortcut in the start menu and choose “Run as Administrator“. This way you will be able to see the new version with full questions.

suppose i give comp within 31st july and fail to take up t shoot ..inside that date .. will i be able to take the new t shoot plus the old comp and be certified ??

@ Naseer,

p4s v3.00(609 Q) is the latest one. Both p4s and testinside are equally reliable. But if you like to have explanations for the answers then go for p4s.

There are no separate books for 642-892.
You should study from bsci and bcmsn books. Cisco press books will be great.

I'm new here..I'm planning to take the CCNA exam on the first week of June..I've prepared with the CBT ICND1 & 2..can anybody tell me the latest version of p4s? and whether p4s is any different to testinside since there are no explanations for the answers…should I use both and which one would you recommend as better for passing and preparing…and please let me know about the contribution amount for the new stuff I will do it ASAP..thanks a million in advance

is composite a combination of switch+route or BSCI +BCMSN .. cisco press has no composite book for 642-892.. please suggest me the combination of books to buy for composite … i am in a hurry to finish off this before the deadline

The cost of old ccnp v5 exams is $150 each except 642-892 which is $300.
The new ccnp v6 exams cost $200 each.

Now there are many options available to complete ccnp-

1. BSCI + BCMSN +ISCW +ONT
2. Composite + Tshoot
3. BSCI +BCMSN + Tshoot
4. Switch +Route+ Tshoot

Its your decision.

CCNA is just a basic exam with fundamentals of networking. So nobody will put you in networking job on the basis of CCNA alone. Network management holds a big responsibility and you really need to know in and outs of it. Moreover all companies look out for experienced persons for handling of their precious network. You must know to solve the network problems in extremely less time otherwise downtime of network cost a lot in production environment.
You should take that sys admin job and get some experience. Complete your CCNP or other higher certification in parallel with job. Time is precious.

Nope.
3 to 5 questions were out of the pool. One simulation question of VTP SIM was different. in ACL SIM, the interface where we needed to apply ACL (.30) wasnt appearing in show run,so i used show ip int br to get that.
I didnot entirely relied on TI. I studied too
But offcourse TI is a great help, no doubt about that.

Thank you all for the information and updates that have been provided. This is an EXCELLENT Site to help prepare for the CCNA Exam. I just passed mine with 949. CBT and TrainSignal Videos, P4S, and Mainly Testinsiders. Almost all the questions were from TI.
